Welcome to our driving school. By booking lessons with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Driving Lessons

All lessons are provided by qualified driving instructors.

Lessons are available for learner drivers holding a valid UK provisional or full driving licence where applicable.

Students must carry their driving licence when requested by the instructor.

Lesson durations and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

Full payment must be made before or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or other approved payment methods.

Lesson packages must be paid for in advance.

Unused lesson packages are non-transferable.

3. Lesson Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

Failure to attend a booked lesson without notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

4. Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.

If a replacement lesson cannot be arranged, any prepaid lesson fee will be refunded.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

Hold a valid driving licence suitable for the lesson.

Wear appropriate footwear for driving.

Inform the instructor of any medical condition, medication, or circumstance that may affect their ability to drive safely.

Follow the instructor's guidance during lessons.

6. Safety

The instructor reserves the right to refuse or terminate a lesson if they believe the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or is otherwise unfit to drive.

No refund will be provided for lessons terminated for safety reasons.

7. Driving Tests

Test bookings are the responsibility of the student unless otherwise agreed.

Use of the instructor's vehicle for a driving test is subject to the instructor's assessment of the student's readiness and safety.

Driving test fees charged by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) are separate from lesson fees.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds for unused prepaid lessons may be granted at our discretion.

Any lessons already completed will be deducted at the standard lesson rate before a refund is issued.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers must be used before their expiry date where applicable.

10. Liability

We accept no responsibility for driving test results.

We are not liable for losses resulting from lesson cancellations caused by severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided will only be used for lesson bookings, administration, and legal requirements.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
